These Terms of Sale by THEA Clothing govern the sale of products on the THEA Clothing Website by THEA through our website theaclothing.in. By purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, in addition to our Terms of Service.

    ORDERS

Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Upon acceptance of your order, we will send you a confirmation email.

Order Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase is final and binding.

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI and other payment gateways. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Payment Processing: Payment is processed at the time of order placement. If payment is not successfully processed, your order will be cancelled.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping: We currently offer shipping within India.

Delivery: We aim to deliver your THEA Designer Clothing within 4-6 business days from the time that the customer receives a shipping confirmation email.
This service is not available on holidays.
Some orders may require an additional 24 hours to be validated and processed, which may delay delivery.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for the THEA Designer Clothing pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

WE OFFER THE OPPORTUNITY TO RETURN OUR PRODUCTS FROM THE THEA CLOTHING WEBSITE WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS FROM PURCHASE. ITEMS THAT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN MUST BE:

  1. Condition: Unused and in the original condition, with all original tags, accessories and other items included with the purchase within the original packaging provided from THEA Clothing.

  2. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided in mail.

  3. Time Frame: Items must be returned within 14 of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund.

Return: Customers may contact Customer Service (+91 72002 44009), available Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm IST to allow for the return of the Product(s) within fourteen (14) days from the purchase, in order to arrange an appointment (date and time slot) for the collection of the said Product(s) by THEA.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt at newsletter-contact@theaclothing.in with details of the defect or damage, along with your order number and relevant photographs. Upon verification of the defect or damage, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds: Refunds for eligible products are processed after inspection of the item, and then only accepted.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Personalised: Refunds are not available for custom-made or personalised items.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for refunds, but may be exchanged for a different size or store credit.

    EXCHANGES

    Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at newsletter-contact@theaclothing.in. Exchanges are subject to availability.

    Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND AVAILABILITY

Accuracy of Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our THEA Designer Clothing. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions, images, or other content on the website are error-free.

Availability: All THEA Designer Clothing are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of THEA Designer Clothing we supply, discontinue THEA Designer Clothing, or alter specifications at any time without prior notice.

WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMERS

Warranty: We warrant that the THEA Designer Clothing will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 50 wears from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.

Disclaimers: Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Sale, all THEA Designer Clothing are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the purchase of THEA Designer Clothing shall not exceed the purchase price of the THEA Designer Wear that are the subject of the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, whether foreseeable or not.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Sale shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OF SALE

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued purchase of THEA Designer Clothing from us after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Sale.
